‘October Eventide’ – framed original acrylic panoramic painting on canvas board.
The photograph I used for my original painting (permission kindly given), was taken by my Mother-in-law looking ‘East’ across Dunmanus Bay towards Durrus from Ahakista. Coincidentally, my Mother-in-law’s friend was taking a photo looking ‘West’ at exactly the same time and I have called that one ‘Autumn Sunset’. Each one is so unique.
Painting size 60 × 30 cm (24 × 12 inch).
Full framed size 78 × 47.5 cm (31 × 18.5 inch) - a lovely limed wood frame with an angled edge inner wood frame. No glass so the texture of the painting can be seen and it is also safer for posting.
