Minimum order value €12.

Orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days after the order is received. I will contact you if for some reason I am are not able to dispatch within this time frame. A full refund will be given if you have placed your order and I am unable to dispatch within a suitable time frame.

Framed items will be dispatched via An Post in Ireland, with a tracking reference.

USA customers - please note that following the new 2025 tariff ruling, you the recipient are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or other charges assessed by U.S Customs and Border Protection. Prices on this website do not include any of those costs.

🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. [1]

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the physical goods. [1]

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement. You can do this quickly by clicking the "Right to Withdraw" button located at the bottom of my website footer Contact — Sarah Elliott Fine Art, and completing the form.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that this right does not apply to:

• Custom Commissions: Any original paintings or artwork made to your specific individual specifications or clearly personalized for you.

Effects of Withdrawal & Returns Shipping

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

• Return Shipping Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the physical items (prints, greeting cards, or ready-made original paintings) back to our studio.

• Refund Timeline: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving proof that you have sent them back. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Customers outside of the EU

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided the item(s) are received back with me undamaged. I will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 28 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes me to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request.
